One of the best examples of agricultural and engineering skills of the Incas. 12 terraces surrounded by walls, channels and waterfalls extend through the narrow valley and are fed by mangroves from the Apu (mountain) Pachatusan. You will also see a complex of temples, irrigation canals and aqueducts.

A pre-Incan citadel from the era of the Wari civilization, this adobe complex Is a great example of early engineering knowledge as the site is geometrical in design, divided into blocks and arrow straight street.
