3 Days Safari to Mikumi - CAMPING

Day 1: Pick Up, Transfers and Evening game drives

 Early morning of this day you will be picked up from your hotel in Dar at around 05:30 hours, after greetings/introduction you will start your trip to Mikumi National Park via Morogoro town. You will have breakfast stop in Chalinze. This trip takes about 6 hours to get to the park via Morogoro town. When you arrive you will be checked in at the park, refresh and have lunch within the park. After lunch break will set out your tents within the park before going for evening and sunset game drives. Dinner and overnight stay within the park at a public Campsite.

 Day 2: Full Day Game drive in Mikumi

 On this day you will have morning game drives with breakfast taken within the park at your campsite. Will continue with game drive till lunch time whereby you will have lunch at the Mikumi Wildlife Camp where you have the change to view animals as they wonder around the camp water holes while having your meals. After lunch and a little rest you will continue with game drive in another part of the park till sunset around 18:30 hours and that will be the end of full day game drive. In Mikumi expect to see animals such as Lions, Buffalos, Giraffe, Wildebeest, Zebras, Impalas, Warthogs, elephants, hippos and more than 300 bird species. After game drive will go back to your camp for dinner and overnight stay.

 Day 3: Morning game drives and Transfers to Dar

 Early morning of this day you will have morning game drives and start driving back to Dar after breakfast break around 09:00am taken at the campsite.

 You will have lunch break in Morogoro town and then continue with drive to Dar. When you arrive in Dar you will be taken to your hotel and that will be the end of your 3 days safari with Watu Safaris.
