Bagamoyo Home Stay & Cultural tour is a unique itinerary based on traditions and cultural tours of the local people. It include a visit to nearby interesting sites and parks. This package offer direct participation of visitors to the activities of the local people during their stay, hence learning the cultural values of the indigenous.
Visitors will meet with their local hosts in Dar es Salaam International Airport and taken direct to Bagamoyo by Car. It is within this tour that visitors will live and feel like locals.
You will learn swahili language with the local hosts, or just practicing and expanding your swahili language if your have learnt abroad. The local hosts will let you engage in conversation within 48 hours of your stay. You will get to know how to introduce yourself, ask anything you want in a local language, manage to point out the directions as well as counting the number

Total Duration: 5 days
Day 1 : Dar es Salaam to Bagamoyo
meet and greet at Dar es Salaam International Airport, then transfer to Bagamoyo town. Check in for dinner and overnight stay at Garden Pub Home Stay
Day 2 : Bagamoyo historical tour
After breakfast, leave the home stay for Bagamoyo historical tour with your local hosts. In evening return to your place for evening programmes that will be well arranged for you
Day 3 : Bagamoyo town
After breakfast, prepare yourself for a full day of African cultural and traditional activities class. Here you will learn daily life, cooking, songs, making of local garments and local language widely
Day 4, Bagamoyo to Saadani National Park
After breakfast, leave Bagamoyo town for Saadani National Park. After short rest, leave the rest house for evening game drive to see the water-bucks, antelopes, giraffes, warthogs, impalas, wildebeests and zebras.
Day 5, Saadani National Park
After breakfast, leave the house for a Wami river boat trip to see the hippos, mangrove forests as well as crocodiles and flamingos
Day 6,
After breakfast, leave Saadani National Park and drive to Dar es Salaam for departure.
