This is an awesome concept, we were super excited to use this pass but Viator needs to work on their process a little. I have run into issues in the past where the system was not available so I took a picture of my pass so that I could have it on hand and ready when I went to each location. Unfortunately the picture I took didn't have the right code that the teams needed in order to find my account. No problem, I stepped out of line and pulled up the Viator account online and went to manage my booking only to find that my booking couldn't be found so I had no way to see or show the locations that I had a virtual ticket. I got back in line and each location had to call Viator to get the number in question so that they could verify that I had purchased my tickets. This happened at all 3 of the locations we attempted to visit. I was pleased with the quick response from Viator but it was super confusing to get access to the information as it was not in my confirmation email, it was not in the online Viator Manage My Booking etc. Overall, it's an awesome value and I wish we could have arranged to see all the locations attached to this pass. I would and will buy it again when I have friends in town to visit.
