I highly recommend this tour. If you were looking for a mix of haunting stories and history this tour is for you. Jessica our tour guide was upbeat, personable, and very prepared. I would suggest wearing closed toed shoes due to the amount of construction as I slit my toe on the corner of a piece of metal. This was completely my fault and Jessica was very prepared. Her first aid kit came in great need and she reacted very quickly. Her genuine care was evident for not only me but for the rest of the groups well-being. As for my toe I blame it on the proximity to the Peabody house as it was by far the spookiest location.
