I have been a Viator customer for over 5 years. I have booked dozens of tours in multiple countries/cities spending in excess of 30,000.00 and have enjoyed all my experiences until this tour. The driver was 1 hour late. When he did finally show up he was alone with no tour guide and he did not speak English. He was in an old vehicle with air conditioning that barely worked. About half hour into the drive he stopped to purchase fuel. He drove approximately 40 kilometres below the speed level both ways. After spending money on international calls and text to Egypt Tours we were promised a guide will meet us in Abu Dhabi. The person that met us there did not speak English either. There vehicle wasn't equipped with a microphone there was no guided tour we were given no information on what we were seeing on our drive from the Grand Mosque to the cheap buffet lunch they provided. Per the Viator description we were to be returned to our hotel at 5pm, and then picked up at 7pm for the 2nd part of the tour. Due to all the way the day turned out we were taken directly to the ship and waited there from 7pm to 8:30pm before boarding which we had more than enough time to change out of the sweaty clothing from being in his poorly air conditioned van. Per the description on your site we purchased a tour that should have taken us to the following: Sheikh Zayed Mosque 1 hour we have 30 minutes. Popular Abu Dhabi Market we did not go to any market. Photo Stop at Sheikh's Palace we did not even see the palace much less a photo stop. Heritage Village we had a 15 mins stop with no information we don't even know what that place was or why we were there no information provided by the guide. We were supposed to have gone to the Marina Mall of Abu Dhabi we did not even see the building, we went to no mall. Abu Dhabi Corniche listed on your site never saw or visited that either. Also listed a carper market which we did not go to. Emirates Palace hotel was one of the reasons I signed up for this tour we did not see that either. Then the driver told us if we complain he wouldn't get pay for the day. There were a total of 9 people in our party 7 of which I paid almost 2200.00 Canadian for a tour that was pretty much a taxi ride from Dubai to Abu Dhabi.
