About this activity
This combo tour is a great way of exploring Dubai at a very affordable price. You will visit the must-see sites in Dubai as well as allow you to have time to enjoy the deserts of Dubai and savour the taste of your dinner on-board a Dhow cruise.
Your journey will start on a half day visit to the city in the morning. First stop will be Dubai Creek, it is where you can have a breathtaking view of Bur Dubai and Deira. Next is a visit to the oldest building in Dubai - Al Fahidi Fort, it also serves as Dubai's Museum. You will go to the only mosque that allows non-Muslim visitors, it is the Jumeirah Mosque. Explore the important places of the city like the Burj Khalifa (the tallest building), the Burj Al Arab (the only seven-star hotel in the world), the Palm Island, Jumeirah Beach, Dubai Mall, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Wild Wadi Waterpark, etc. The tour ends on an exciting note with a shopping trip to one of the best malls in Dubai, after which you will be transferred back to your hotel.
In the afternoon, you will be picked up from your hotel for your evening desert safari experience. Ride a 4x4 vehicle driven by a professional driver as you go dune bashing in the Arabian Desert. Upon arrival at the desert camp, try some thrilling activities such as sand boarding, quad biking, camel riding, etc. Shoot some amazing pictures as the desert looks absolutely divine during sunset. Apart from all these, belly dancing, Tanoura dancing, Shisha smoking, henna painting, etc. are some of the things that will keep you entertained here. After a scrumptious dinner, you would be dropped back to your hotel.
The dhow is a traditional Bedouin boat that was used for trade and transportation. Today, these dhows have been converted into restaurants that have a lower (air-conditioned) and upper (open-air) decks. You are offered a welcome drink on arrival and are also served delicious barbequed dishes once the dhow sets on a sail.
While you enjoy your drink and starters, you can take a look at the prestigious buildings and structures of Dubai, glittering in the night lights. You can also enjoy a delicious buffet spread with a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Dhow cruises also have entertainment activities which include live music performances, Tanoura dancing, etc. Surely, this unique way of sightseeing.
