Really good, wife had a little motion issues as we cruised over dunes, overall very good, nice food

I wanted to contact your office about a bad experience that I had on one of your tours. I have used viator in the past and never had any problems until this tour. When our driver first arrived at our hotel he seemed nice enough but from the moment we drove off he began texting and talking on the telephone and even asked that the passenger in the front seat type in some number for him while he read them off of a piece of paper. As we got to the dunes one of the passengers was becoming sick and asked him to slow down. He just went faster. Then after the show on the way back to town he continued to text now getting as brazen as pulling up pictures on his phone to show the young tourist sitting in the front seat next to him and having his eyes off of the road for long periods of time. At this point one of the people in my party asked him if he could please stop texting. He became angry and said to her you stop eating in my car. She apologized for eating in his car and told him she would stop if it was a problem but that his texting was a safety issue. He was visabilly upset and a few minutes later offered that this would be a nice place to drop someone who didn't like his driving. When he said that we were in a dark lonely area. He thought this was very funny but I nor the rest of my passengers thought it was funny at all. I'm not sure if he acted this way because we were a group of women but it was awful and scary. I've booked with viator before and all the tours have been wonderful and was I never nervous about myself about a woman traveler on your tours until this one.
