The tour operator confirmed and "upgraded" the tour a day before. Next day he never showed up and texted me later that he "forgot" to pick us up. Very irresponsible. No follow up or alternative offer made Scam Avoid that tour operator by all means

I am giving this 4 stars only because our tour which I think was just us was merged into a very large general Abu Dhabi tour. We still got to see the Grand Mosque, which is absolutely breathtaking, and spend about 4 hours at Ferrari World, which was enough time for my fast moving husband and I. But a lot of other time was spent visiting other sites, when we really wanted to take our time at the Mosque and Ferrari World. That being said, at the end of the day, we did absolutely everything we wanted to and both places were above and beyond our expectations. The guide gave us a Ferrari World formula to follow in order to get everything done, and it works!! Great day.
