STREET ART | LA MER

Time for art hunting. La Mer, a recent development by Meraas, is a gorgeous beach-like destination. Amongst the ‘Pirates of Caribbean’ designed facilitate, there are some incredible street art murals. We were invited to the launch of Brand Dubai 2018 that flew in international 3D street art superstars – how have made this place the perfect destination to grab 5-10 Instagram pictures. Explore the area, or hop into the water if you are keen for a swim in the ocean.

Stop At: HOLA, La Mer North Beach N17 - دبي - United Arab Emirates

HOLA RESTAURANT

A fruitful delight! Hola is a Latin American inspired restaurant serving exotic fruits in all varieties whether you want home-made ice cream, crepes, fruit bow, fruit sushi, and more. The tastes are delicious, the heath damage is zero (super healthy), and the pictures are incredible. The colourful combination of fruits in your Instagram feed will make your account pop. WE LOVE THIS PLACE.

KITE BEACH | BURJ AL ARAB

What is Dubai without a post about the beach? Even better, the beach with the Burj Al Arab in the background? Kite Beach, one of Dubai’s most popular public beaches offers this. On the weekend, forget trying to get a quite spot – it's packed! During the week you could have the beach to yourself, to go wild with your poses. You probably think the best shots will be achieved during Sunset. Rightly so. However, we believe the shots of the Burj Al Arab from the other side will be more breathtaking.

Stop At: Tania's Teahouse, 779A Jumeria Rd - Dubai - United Arab Emirates

Probably the most instagramable place in town! Tania, the owner of Tania Teahouse, made the pretty pink living room to capture the perfect-food picture. The food & coffee is not only picturesque, it’s also delicious. If you don’t put worth into the gram, this can also be your work café with great café, tea, and breakfast delights. We enjoyed Paleo Guac Toast (55AED), Smoothie Bowl Surprise (45AED) and the Flippin’ Amazing Flapjacks pancakes.

Stop At: Souk Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Road, Dubai United Arab Emirates

Madinat Jumeirah is truly one of the most magnificent developments. The Arabian influenced architecture speaks for itself – giving a magical oriental, romantic touch to all your pictures. Here we will explore the Madinat waterways with an Abra, the jungle that surrounds it, catch a glimpse of Burj Al Arab from the other side, and later walk through the Madinat Souq.

WATER RIDES

The Abra is owned by Jumeirah Group who offer a drive around the gorgeous rivers at 80AED. However, if you have a reservation at Pai Thai, an incredibly delicious Thai restaurant, you get the ride for free. On the boat, we go! Enjoy the breeze in the hair and admire the architecture and greenery. To take a picture on the boat, you will need to ask the captain to stop. Is it against their policy for people to stand while driving – could be dangerous?

Stop At: Jumeirah Al Qasr, Madinat Jumeirah King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street Umm Suqeim - دبي - United Arab Emirates

THE JUNGLE

We suggest being dropped off at Pai Thai to have dinner, and after the meal, walk left through the gardens take a picture of Al Qasr gorgeous exterior. Afterwards, jump back onto an Abra who will drop to back where we started. If you don’t have a reservation, the Abra driver will bring you back to where we departed. Once you arrive, walk towards the Burj Al Arab with the river to your left and the restaurants on your right.
