Please provide your complete hotel address and room number and contact details upon booking this activity. Pick up timing will be 30 mins to 1 hour before the activity depending on the location. Present your booking confirmation in the counter once you arrive in the location together with your valid ID or passport, booking confirmation will be received via email address so please check your mail. Minimum of 3 person is required to enjoy this activity. Participants must be 12 years old and above and must be in a good health and free from any adverse medical conditions. This is not recommended for pregnant women since some of the challenges might be physically demanding.There will be a registration before the start of the game, you should arrive 20 to 30 minutes before the booked schedule. You will be given a wristbands that can be used to unlock rooms and keep track of your progress. You will be able to deposit your belongings in a locker room before you heading out to the play zone. You will have the chance to choose any room to start since almost all are interconnected. A lot of teams will be scurrying around trying to find way out. Once you are locked inside the room, you must use all your skills, physical, mental and cognitive. Some puzzles will require teamwork and coordination, while others will rely on pure physical strength. You will have to learn to communicate effectively with your team, you will quickly understand the importance of of effective teamwork. Your problem- solving prowess and stress management will be put under test. There will be a clue/s available in order for you to complete the game. You basically have to finish as much rooms as you can during the time you booked. Once the 1st mission is completed that's the only time you can proceed to the next game. This is a new concept of challenges/escape rooms which is really fun and challenging. There will be staffs available and can give you hints if you get stuck.
