Bus tour to Kerry was very nice. Had to change busses a few times. Bed and breakfast ok. The tour was as it was spelled out in offering. Killarney, Ring and Dingle were wonderful. Good value for the money.

My voucher said that the tour was to be provided by Elegant Irish Tours. I never saw those employees or buses from this company. Instead, PaddyWagon was the provider. I was less than pleased with the substitution. My review is based on 2 factors for this tour. The first which was scenery. It was 5 stars. The 2nd is based on the guides and company - 1star . On the first day, when I arrived in Kilarney and found a broken down bus. After an hour a mechanic showed to try and fix it. He spent about 20 minutes trying to no avail and left. Miraculously the bus started. My comment was do you really want to trust this bus?. The guides response was that he would instruct the driver to not turn it off. This was not giving anyone a feeling of confidence. Anyway, we proceeded on the tour with our guide who was not good. Primarily he provided little historical facts, but merely his editorial comments and political views. His name was Jim. Though the scenery was beautiful, it was overshadowed by poor transportation and poor guide. Finally we were delivered to a B and B which by the way was over-priced for the value. The accommodations were nice but not worth 200. The following day, fortunately we got a new bus and new guide who was very good for our trip to the Dingle peninsula. Again the scenery was beautiful and surprisingly the guide was very good. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning and the temperature on the bus exceeded 85 degrees. Very unpleasant. After the tour, we were changed buses which also had mechanical issues though it didn't stop us. We were expecting as a group to stop for a snack and bathroom break halfway to Dublin. We stopped, but there was no place to get any food as we were only given 10 minutes for the break and everything fast was closed. On the drop off, I asked if we were going back to the same place we started the previous day and the driver told us he had been driving too long and could not do that. Another disappointment. Never again PaddyWagon.
