If you are on a cruise ship, you will need to take a taxi or shuttle bus to the location. The Princess free shuttle drops you off near Trinity College which is about a mile away. We paid for a short taxi ride from the boat which was less than 10 pounds because we did not want to get lost. The guides were fun and knowledgeable. We did this as a family with an age range of 11-47. If someone is really out of shape, going upstream will be a little hard. We had a great time.

We lucked out with the weather it was a great day for Kayaking. Johnathan, our guide, was kind enough to let us hang on to his boat when we needed a break from rowing! Since we were hanging onto the side we were able to chat and hear some local stories, but that wasn't the case for those rowing animals. That would be my only critique maybe at the meet-up points offer a bit of history or story telling about what we are seeing as we're rowing.
