Beautiful scenery and sights, both natural and man made. Really worthwhile doing this tour if you have only a day for Montenegro. Only problem was we had to wait a long time for lunch, so maybe bring some snacks and water.

Expect delays at the boarder crossing. We sat in the bus for 1/1/2 hours. Montenegro is beautiful. We especially enjoyed the short ferry ride. It was amazying to watch our coach board the ferry. The prices of food was reasonable 15 euros for mussels, fish and wine. Don't expect to use Kuna. The shop ONLY accept euros. We had to visit an ATM.

Our guide was inattentive. As soon as the bus doors were open she was gone. This might have worked for a small group but we had a big coach to unload and one gentleman using a cane. So by the time we all got off the bus half of us had to search for the guide. The guide was notably predisposed to German over English adding to the feeling that we didn't know what was going on. Long waits at the border, which required the engine to be shut off, resulted in a sweltering bus, especially toward the rear. By the time the rear of the bus got somewhat cooler the front was complaining of the cold. Had we known of situation at the border we would have taken a much smaller or even an individual tour 50 passports had to be collected and scanned for each bus in line. Driver was excellent. Lady of the Rock church lovely and interesting. Local guide in Kotor was good.

Excellent tour to Kotor. Ivana was a great tour guide. She is bright, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. The sights were wonderful and the whole tour was outstanding. It's a great way to get a feel for Montenegro.

This trip was guided by Barbara, a language buff who conducted this tour in both English and French. We were staying in the Old Town and our pick up point was the Hilton hotel, a few minutes outside the Pile Gates. It was a comfortable bus ride through the border checks to Perast where we traveled by boat to Our Lady of the Rock Church and enjoyed an informative guided tour of the church and attached museum. We then bused to the Bay of Kotor where had a 40 minute guided tour of the Old Town after which we had over 2 hours to explore the town, grab lunch and for the fitter tourist a climb up the city walls to the church on the hill for impressive views over the city. This was an enjoyable day trip conducted very well by Barbara and supported by an excellent bus driver, Tommy.
