About this activity
This gourmet adventure starts at the Large Onofrio's Fountain, where you'll meet your guide and a small group of no more than 10 foodies and set off on an eat and walk tour, making your way through the less- crowded streets of the Old City.

Along the way stop at some of the most historical sights, visit the popular open-air market, take photos and hear interesting stories about the city's history, culture and everyday life of its citizens.

We will visit four cozy restaurants, one of them is a small family-run restaurant tucked away from the main street, situated in the traditional courtyard where you'll be trying our famous seafood specialties like the fish fillets, smoked tuna and oysters paired with a glass of local white wine. On our food journey around the City is also an award-winning restaurant where you'll be served variety of local cheeses & cured meats and a glass of red wine from the area. We will make sure that you eat super healthy on the tour so you'll try our version of fast food which matches perfectly with a glass of Croatian beer. Our last stop is a cute pastry shop with homemade cakes, coffee and tea (maybe a schnapps too!).

At the end of the tour, depart from your guide with a satisfied stomach and great recommendations on where to eat, drink and explore during the rest of your visit.

Food and wine choices were wonderful. Our guide, Marija was sweet and provided a ton of local information, but would have preferred to get to the first restaurant sooner and for her to continue with info while we ate/drank. Overall, very good tour. Afterward, Marija emailed the food and restaurants we visited as well as suggestions for various places in town which was wonderful!!

My wife and I had a very nice food and wine tour in Dubrovnik. The group was small and tour personal. Our guide, Ana Turkalj, was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the city’s history and local foods and wines during our tour and stops at restaurants in old town.

With never experiencing Croatia before, it was fantastic to hear from a local the history of the area. The was linked into the food, the food was great locations great and the tour felt like something special, not just another run of the mill tour.

We both had an amazing time on this tour! We were offered a variety of local foods and wines from four different establishments and they were all fantastic. The tour guide Marija was really enthusiastic and her explanations and stories were interesting, educational and funny. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn more about the local culture and culinary delicacies!

Ana was absolutely AMAZING. We learned so much about Old Town that was extremely interesting and Ana make is relatable, making it extremely enjoyable. The food was out of this world and a very good value for the price of the tour. Four tasting meals and it really does fill you up. A good mixture of seafood, meat, cheese, all locally sourced and provided at family ran restaurants you would normally just walk by. If you are visiting Dubrovnik, make time for this tour. It is worth every minute and every penny. Try to get Ana if you can!

Ana was AMAZING. We did this tour with 2 other couples that we hadn't met before and all 6 of us got along great. Ana was so informative and her english was perfect. She expained all the dishes we ate, why they're traditional Croatian dishes and also gave a wonderful overview of the history of Dubrovnik. We felt like we were on a regular walking tour with the added bonus of all the amazing food! The food and wine was so delicious.

What a perfect introduction to the sights, history, and food of Dubrovnik! We had arrived only the day before, and the three plus hours spent with Ana were informative (and delicious) in every respect. The variety and quality of the food was exceptional, the wine pairings perfect, the restaurants high in standard. We were part of an ideal group size - with our guide and four other visitors from different countries; by tour's end over dessert and liqueurs, we all felt part of a very special experience!

Loved this! Ana was our tour guide- who is also a local of Dubrovnik. She took us to 4 local restaurants. Tasted different types of food- consisting of cheese, fish, meat and a desert. We had some nice wine from different areas of Croatia too. She provided us with loads of information about the war, the city, the food, the culture- definitely recommend this tour as you get to breathe and take in the culture of Dubrovnik. Ana is knowledgeable and she even sent an email after the tour- with further recommended restaurants. Great for food lovers and we ended up making friends with people from different countries too! Book it!

Amazing! Super informative, great cuisine and a lovely way to start a stay in Dubrovnik. It helped to better understand not only the cuisine but the layout of the city as well.

this tour was our highlight. our guide was superb Ana. she also provided more information about Dubronvic that we did not get from the City tour. We ended up going to one of the restaurants for our last evening that we visited on the tour. We enjoyed it thoroughly.
