Montenegro was absolutely beautiful! The driver gave a history of the country during our drive, and the boat trip between the two towns was breathtaking. We had plenty of time to explore each town on our own. Would highly recommend!

Not a bad trip. Good amounts of times for both locations we visited. I highly recommend going early or late in season (before May or around mid september and later) as I went in Mid September and there was no line at the boarder crossing. If you do go in the peak seasons, you will wait for a long time. The tour guide isn't really a guide but really a woman who explains the history of Croatia and Montenegro to you on the bus on the way there and some facts on the way back. She's nice, but not the best tour guide I ever had. She also does not go with you as a group to the locations. I wish she could have told must more detailed information about the history of both countries. It is very basic information she gives you. It will be warm most likely, so dress accodingly. Bring snacks and water for the bus. The lady of the rocks is overrate. Kotor is amazing though. Bring hiking shoes if you want to climb the wall. It is very high. I am very athletic and it took me 45 minutes to go straight up, and 20 to go down. If you go at the right time, it is an easy way to explore a new country for a day from Dubrovnik and this was a good option to get there for the money. Wish we could stay longer, but I also understand that the boarder crossing will take up a lot of time normally. If you want to "see it all", better off getting a Cruise or hotel in Kotor or another city there. This just gives you a taste of the country, which is all I wanted.

Kotor and the Bay were amazing!! The views are spectacular and well worth the trip. The border crossing out of Croatia and then back into Croatia were slow and excessive buts that's no fault of the tour itself. The down side was the tour guide. She was rather negative and condescending about other countries and pushed a political agenda on her passengers. Her narrative got old and boring rather quickly and we then just wished she'd stop talking! Luckily the views in the Bay made up for it.

Our guide Rosa was excellent. She was very kind and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the entire trip! It was a very comfortable bus and the views on the way to Kotor were amazing. It was nice to have free time to explore Kotor. We highly recommend hiking up to the fortress (about 45 minutes up to the top but the views are worth it). The salted caramel gelato in the old city was also to die for.

Will be perfect if 30 minutes more for Kotor and 15 minutes more Budva. Tour guide Ms. Diana is one of the best guides I met.

We were picked up in a small minibus and taken along a beautiful coastal ride to Kotor. Along the way we made a couple different stops. One for coffee and another in a quaint small fishing village. We then proceeded to Kotor where we were given a short tour of the city and then had an couple hours of free time to eat and climb the walls.
