Tiger Fishing, a full morning for 2 anglers, skipper/guide included

Departing the Lodge at 5:30am or 2pm in Summer and 8am in Winter.

Rods up at 10am, 12am or 6pm to allow for the return transfer to the Lodge.

Boat hire includes one of our talented and enthusiastic guides who skippers the boat and shows you the know-how and hot spots on Lake Jozini. 

Boat Cruise or Game Drive, on Saturday afternoon

The boat cruise takes place up the Pongola River and into the Lake. The boat is flat bottomed with 8 seats and has a canvas cover overhead. The boat cruise is wonderful for bird watching, sighting of hippo, crocodile and where game can be seen at the water’s edge making an interesting perspective.

Game drives take place on the Phongolo Nature Reserve, the neighboring National Reserve, which is the first Reserve to be proclaimed in Africa by Paul Kruger in 1894. The Reserve has an excellent population of wild life from white rhino, wildebeest, zebra, warthog, giraffe to a wide variety of antelope.

During your spare time, relax at the pool, book a relaxing massage in the sanctuary or nail therapy, or explore the area which has much to offer.
