We really enjoyed this excursion. The scenery is amazing. Lots of stops to get lots of pictures. It was a nice smaller bus with a desirably small group of people. Our excursion included a comfortable overnight stay at Loch Ness with a wonderful breakfast. The only part I would change is that we were offered an optional boat ride from one of the castles and that didn't end up begin worth the extra cost.
This was an amazing trip. The scenery speaks for itself...mysterious in the mist, lush green in the sun, wild, and bursting with history. Our driver, Rory, was wonderful, answering questions, filling us in on history and story telling. The B and B overnight was perfect with congenial hosts and a hearty breakfast the next day. This trip was everything I had hoped for and more.
We enjoyed this tour that filled the gaps and helped us see the history of Scotland in perspective. We also immensely enjoyed the nature. We had an attentive and knowledgeable tour guide Tom who made our tour unforgettable
