About this activity
You will be driven around Edinburgh in a traditional London taxi that can seat up to a maximum of four people comfortably. This eight hour tour will include all of the most popular and main tourist attractions that Edinburgh and the Lothian's have to offer. Including some spots you won't find in any guide or tourist book. We will take in Leith Links, Craigmillar Castle, Roman Fort, Brittania, The Scottish Parliament, The Palace of Holyrood House, Secret Gardens, St Giles Cathedral, The Royal Mile and of course Edinburgh Castle (from the outside)
We will visit a Castle which you will receive a private tour of. At lunchtime we will stop at Scotland's oldest pub.
In the afternoon we visit Rosslyn Chapel.
During our day we will travel through the historic New and Old Town and take in a couple of sites on the way. We will also drive around Arthur Seat and the Crags for some of the most breathtaking views the city has to offer. I will give you commentary on all of the places we are visiting.

Great day, cold and rainy weather aside Steve took us to the out of the way places, including Laureston Castle, which was delightful. For all intents and purposes, it was an open ended tour, but as it was our first visit to Edinburgh, we let the guide make the suggestions. I recommend this tour!
