Pass By: The Kelpies, Helix Park, Falkirk FK2 7ZT Scotland

Heading West from Edinburgh towards the The Trossachs National Park we will pass The Kelpies, the world's largest equine sculptures. Two gigantic, gliniting horse heads rising to the sky. Monuments in tribute to the horse power heritage of industrial Scotland.

Stop At: Stirling Castle, Castle Esplanade Upper Castle Hill, Old Town, Stirling FK8 1EJ Scotland

As your journey continues West will pass Stirling with its imposing castle towering over the City and welcoming you to the Highlands. After a stop for Photos of Stirling Castle as a back drop it is onwards to Aberfoyle.

Stop At: Aberfoyle VisitScotland iCentre, Main Street Trossachs Discovery Centre, Aberfoyle, Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park FK8 3UQ Scotland

Aberfoyle is a charming village on the banks of the River Forth in the magnificent Trossachs National Park. With an attractive main street and well served with individual shops and cafés. Take a walk around and visit some local stores and gift shops.

Stop At: Trossachs Pier Loch Katrine, By Callander, Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park FK17 8HZ Scotland

Loch Katrine is steeped in history, natural beauty and is the gateway to the Great Trossachs Forest National Nature Reserve, in the Heart of the National Park. It is the perfect place for a cruise on a Scottish Loch. The stunning and ever changing scenery is absolutely breathtaking, do not miss the opportunity to make memories in one of Scotland’s most beautiful hidden gems.

A beautiful stop for lunch on the shores of Loch Venachar in the heart of the Loch Lomond National Park.

Stop At: Callander, Stirling FK17 8BA, UK

Callander is a bustling tourist town situated on the River Teith, west of Stirling, and gives visitors ataste of the Highlands. It is set dramatically beneath high, wooded crags, and gained fame as the location for the original Doctor Findlay’s Casebook television series.

Stop At: Deanston Distillery & Visitor Centre, Deanston Distillery Near Doune, Stirling FK16 6AG Scotland

Deanston Distillery is on the banks of the River Teith and started life back in 1785 as a cotton mill until 1966 where it transformed into today's distillery, the only distillery in Scotland to be self-sufficient in electricity with its power coming from the River Teith. Tours are run hourly, if you wanted to experience the Heritage Tour then advance booking is required.

Stop At: Doune Castle, Castle Hill, Doune, Stirling FK16 6EA Scotland

As an alterntive to Deanston Distillery you can visit Doune Castle, made famous as Castle Leoch in the Outlander TV Series. Doune Castle was built around 1400, a magnificent late 14th century courtyard castle. Its most striking feature is the 100ft high gatehouse which includes the splendid Lord’s Hall with its musicians’ gallery, double fireplace and carved oak screen and you can hear the stories of the making of Monty Python and the Holy Grail which was also filmed at the castle.

Pass By: Royal Burgh of Culross, A985, 4 Miles East of the Kincardine Bridge, Culross KY12 8JH Scotland

The Royal Burgh of Culross, a town that time has passed by, which lies on the banks of the River Forth dating back to the 16th Century. It is the most complete example in Scotland today of a Burgh of the 17th & 18th centuries.

Stop At: Forth Bridges Viewpoint, 9XY, South Queensferry EH30 9SF, UK

Our final stop is at the World-Famous UNESCO-listed Forth Bridge, we stop in South Queens Ferry and allow you time to experience the awesome sight of the Forth Bridge. Photos taken and maybe a drink on the banks of the Forth before departing for Edinburgh.

We had a tremendous time on our guided tour with William! He showed us the sites and tailored the day to great hotspots. William was lovely to chat with and kept all guests in mind for places to visit.
