This small group tour is a great way to experience the west Highlands. Our driver took us on secondary roads so we saw amazing natural landscapes. Periodically Jeffrey would stop the van so we could take photos. We had reasonable amount of time to visit Doune Castle and Inveraray Castle--both have been used in various TV and movie productions. Great tour!

I greatly enjoyed this tour, which covered considerable ground and yet planned the time well enough to see many locations. It rained heavily - but never while we were outside the bus. Hero number one is Scotland, with its austere beauty and long and fascinating history. Hero number two is Nick, our tour guide. His genial, friendly, warm manner and self-deprecating humour disguises just how much hard work and research he has put into his presentation, full of interesting facts but simple enough not to deter anyone. It all comes across as spontaneous and entirely natural. At each location he provided important context and history. Norman the driver was also friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

A great experience- the scenery is beautiful and our guide was absolutely fabulous!! Wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for any kind of weather, we actually saw sun, rain, wind, and snow in one day. A lot of driving so if you are more active this may be a bit of a disappointment.

Fabulous tour through the western highlands! We lucked out and it was sunny for the majority of the day. Definitely pay for entrance into the extra castle stops as they are worth it. Ross was an amazing tour guide. Very informative whilst keeping it light and funny. Would highly recommend!

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided great insight into the history of each of the lochs and castles we visited. The tour had the right pace which allowed it to be enjoyable and allowed sufficient time to see each attraction. The bus was comfortable for the full day. I highly recommend this tour.

This tour is a must. Gavin was a pleasant and knowledgeable guide as we drove to Doune Castle (uninhabited) and the beautiful Inveraray Castle (inhabited by Duke of Argyll, Clan Campbell) and gardens.

Our tour guide was Amy and she was fantastic! She was so knowledgeable and fun to listen to. The intimate feel of the smaller vans added to the experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the beautiful sites of Scotlands Castles and hear about her history.
