About this activity
Your tour starts in the morning with hotel pickup in El Calafate by bus.
Accompanied by a guide, you'll stop at a series of walkways for views of Perito Moreno Glacier and a chance to take photos. From there, continue with the drive for more amazing views of the natural beauty of the glacier and Los Glaciares National Park. Watch for chunks of ice as large as buses falling off the glacier, an occurrence known as 'calving,' and take a 40-minute boat ride in front of the glacier for more views.
At the end of the day, return to El Calafate for hotel drop-off.

Perfect amount of time to see everything great. Your guide was excellent. My only qualm is that the park fee should be in the price so that we don’t have to worry about it on the day, but maybe that is a rule.
Juan was very professional on guiding us this full day tour. Needless to say the scenery is splendid. Despite most of the passengers on this tour are Spanish speakers, Juan did provide bilingual explanation and managed time well so that we could finish the tour on time. Will highly recommend this tour.
Fabulous scenery and ideal length of trip. Would be helpful if details of National Park fee were included on booking voucher, or better still included in price of tour.
A really excellent boat trip up to the glacier. Plenty of time for all to take photos of an active, calving glacier. Booking through always glaciers who were excellent exept that after payment they reoffice quired re-confirmation through Garyline. Their reconfirmation email bouncec back, as did their emergency helpline. I contacted the Head Office to reconfirm. This nees to be sorted.
