Windsor Castle is one of the great castles of the world and said to be the favorite residence of Her Majesty, The Queen.
On this VIP tour you will be collected from your central London hotel and by your own private guide and driver then driven to Windsor Castle in air conditioned comfort by either a sedan or passenger van depending on the number of travelers. At Windsor your guide will escort you through a separate entrance to skip the lines. Once inside your private guide will take you on a fascinating private tour of the castle and grounds.You will hear all about the history of this wonderful castle as well as visiting the state rooms, St Georges Chapel and the amazing Queen Anne's Dolls House. On leaving Windsor your private guide and driver will take you to Hampton Court Palace via Runnymead. This woderful open space bu the River Thames is where the Magna Carta was sealed in 1215.
On arrival at Hampton Court Palace your guide will take you on a tour of the magnificent Tudor Palace that was built in 1515 by Thomas Wolsey but later taken over by infamous Henry Vlll. This stunning Tudor palace was then home to Henry for much of his later life.
Your guide will than take you to the newer palace built by Sir Christopher Wren for William and Mary. Here your guide will take you on a tour of William lll's state and private apartments.
Time permitting you will also see the magnificent gardens that Hampton Court is also famous for.
Now it's time to sit back and relax on the short trip back to London.
