Our Fajardo Bio Bay Kayak Tour begins at Las Croabas. First, our team will show you the basics of kayaking and safety. We will explain the rules of the nature reserve and board our kayaks. The ramp is accessible. The water is shallow.

Weight Limit: 250 lbs per person | 425 lbs per kayak
Check In Time: 15 minutes prior to departure.
What To Wear: Comfortable clothes that can get wet (bathing suit shorts), shoes that can get wet (flip flops / water shoes), bring a towel and change of clothes (for after the excursion).
DO NOT BRING VALUABLES OR ANYTHING THAT CANNOT GET WET – lost items will be very hard to find in the water at night, and anything you take with you will get wet!
Bring your cell phone (in the event that we need to contact you, or you need to contact us prior to the excursion)
This excursion requires a minimum of at least 6 guests requesting in order to provide the tour. In the event this minimum is not met, we will call 1-2 days prior to the excursion to go over alternative options (i.e. reschedule for a different date or time that has the minimum requirement, payment options for a private excursion, or cancel without penalty)
Availability: Two tours per evening | Monday-Saturday | Season From October-April 5:45pm and 7:45pm | May-September 6:30pm and 8:45pm.

Wow! This was such a neat experience, starting with our van driver Noni. She was so friendly and informative. The kayaking was great and it was a neat experience seeing the bio-luminescence in the bay. I highly recommend this tour!

We were notified that visibility was low for some weather reason, (we also were not able to go during a new moon) but we took the late 8:45pm tour and followed the guides through the dark channel pretty easily. We have never seen anything like this. Our tour guides were informative and provided a tarp to block out light so we could see the bioluminescence better. I went with my 2 boys who did great with the kayaking. The trip to the lagoon was harder than the trip back due to current flow. We highly recommend this tour! We will come back when we can go during new moon.
