Very satisfied how the tour went, Thank you Frankie(Francisco) for being a great guide, and the great conversations throughout the ride. It felt as if I’m just hanging out with a friend who has sooo much knowledge to impart!

I would highly recommend this tour. We were picked up at the meeting spot on time by a gentleman who was not out tour guide the guide was stuck in traffic so we were picked up along with another couple and met our guide along the way so as not to have any delays. Great planning on their part. Our guide Norma was a wonderful young woman, very knowledgeable. The tour itself was great, Norma stopped at a local gas station outside the rainforest for a restroom break before the tour because the visitor center in the rainforest was destroyed by Hurricane Maria and is still being repaired. We stopped at a waterfall, a viewing tower and took a hike to a river. We were glad we used this tour instead of trying to navigate it ourselves. Would definitely recommend. .

First, we did not get to go on the half-tour as there were not enough people for the day we booked. We were upgraded to the El Yunque off the Beaten Path Waterfall Tour and paid the difference the day of to the tour guide, Roberto. Unfortunately, I cannot review that tour since I am only confirmed on Viator for this one however, I am so glad we upgraded to the full day tour, because this is/was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a tour!! This tour was more adventurous than what my friend and I were expecting. We definitely tested our fitness and strength as there was a lot of uphill and downhill trekking in muddy terrain. We were expecting to get dirty, just not expecting the amount of physical effort involved moderate to medium, which was in part due to the main entrance being closed and taking a short cut up to the falls. Roberto, the tour guide was amazing. I felt very safe with both Roberto and the other tour guide we met at the top, Alex. Both ensured our safety during water activities and rocky terrain. I think they make a great team and work well together both clearly want to ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone involved. I absolutely recommend this tour for anyone looking to experience Puerto Rico and its beautiful rain forest!!

Be ready to get muddy and wet and have a amazing time in the El Yunque rainforest. My driver/guide Alex was great. Because of the two hurricanes San Juan has experienced the walking trails are gone. We walked true rainforest, climbing hills and walking true streams. I loved it. I wore and recommend water shoes. One of the ladies had on Teva the strap broke because when you step in the mud it pulls your shoes when you step out. Alex gave her his shoes and he walked barefooted. You will get the chance to swin and slide off the rocks. If you like truly being outdoors you will love this tour as I did.

We did the full day trip. I wish it was a little bit longer because I really enjoy hiking. But I think that it is good for all types of people. Our tour guide was awesome. He was super knowledgeable and very nice. We didn't swim in the falls because there was a lot of people.
