The driver was late for this excursion, the other drivers said he is always a little late, but after that everything was good. The driver took us to a nice shopping center and you could still haggle for better deals. At the falls there was not enough time to finish the whole falls, we went to the 3/4 mark and had to get out, because we had to meet the bus for the next stop. The falls were fun I am glad I did now any older it would be really tough.
Our driver was very good and we had a lot of flexibility to manage the trip and length of time at each stop. As always a Viator tour is a much nicer choice over a ship excursion.
The team was fantastic. Outside of a small glitch and waiting for pickup, we had a very nice van ride to and from the Falls, and had a great recommendation for lunch. I would have hoped for perhaps some water on the long-ish drive to the falls - but we were fine without. George was a fantastic driver and a great guide. I would highly recommend!
The tour van arrived late, and no one around terminal seemed to have a clue about these guys. Finally one lady called and got them on their way. The shopping trip is a joke, they take you to some shops owned by friends and a flea market. (bad idea) The falls are beautiful and fun, but know you are going to get very wet. My advice is to book through the cruise line and stay away from this particular excursion.
