Itinerary
Integral Yoga® integrates the various branches of Yoga into a comprehensive practise, that is accessible for everyone, independent of health and age. For an easeful body, a peaceful mind and a useful & happy life :-).
During our workshop, we will practise postures, deep relaxation, breathing techniques and a meditation. The class will be adapted to your level or multilevel - depending upon the experience of the participants. At the End of class, there will be time for a tea and a chat.

- Please take a towel, a sweatshirt and socks, as during deep relaxaton the body can cool down.

- Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 8 hours of travel. In this case confirmation will be received as soon as possible, subject to availability

- Near public transportation
- Not recommended for travelers with back problems
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- Walking through the Old Town of Faro
- If you have any health issues such as a hernia, recent operations, untreated high blood pressure or if you are pregnant, you should better book a class that is specific for your individual condition. If youo have any doubts, please contact me upfront.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
