Itinerary

Day 1: FES – IFRANE – AZROU – MIDDLE ATLAS MOUNTAINS – TODRA GORGES

Stop At: Gargantas del Todra, Tinghir, Tinerhir 45800 Morocco
The first day of 3 days tour from fes to fes via merzouga, After having breakfast in Fes, we will head towards Todra Gorges, which are a series of limestone river canyons, in the eastern part of the High Atlas Mountains in Morocco, near the city of Tinghir. On our way to Todra Gorges a number of sublime natural scenes will mesmerize you. Some of those views entail appealing panoramas of Ifrane and the cedar forests of Azrou whose lovely monkeys add a touch to the aura of the place; being there excites one to document the beauty of the place in memorial pictures. Continuing our voyage, we will have lunch in a small Berber village called Ziada. A long line of mountains called the ‘Atlas Mountains’ will snatch your attention as we more from Ziada towards our terminus. The way to Todra Gorges will definitely amaze you as we pass through a number of small but beautiful towns. Passing through Mident, the apple town, and Rich, which is known of its peoples’ generosity and hospitality, to Imilchil, which represents a symbol of the Berber culture; all these places guarantee that the long trip to Todra Gorges will be promising and pleasant.

Day 2: TODRA GORGES – JORF – ERFOUD – MERZOUGA (CAMEL RIDE & NIGHT IN DESERT)

Stop At: Gargantas del Todra, Tinghir, Tinerhir 45800 Morocco
The Second day of 3 days tour from fes to fes via merzouga ,Once we enjoyed our journey, we will leave Toudra Gorges towards the charming city of Merzouga which is best known for its golden dunes. On our way, we will pass by some wonderful Berber villages namely Tinjdad, Jorf and Erfoud which mark the beginning of the the Saharan oasis of Tafilalet. After having some rest in Merzouga, we will ride camels to the dunes of Erg Chebbi whose silence marked the beauty of the place. Then, as we arrive to the camp, we will get off the camels and walk to a high sand dune for sand-boarding and seeing the amazing sunset. This pleasing view attracts countless number of tourists all around the world for it makes them experience an extraordinary view which cannot be seen elsewhere. Later on, as we head back to the camp, you will be served dinner in an Amazigh atmosphere under a Berber tent along with some Berber drum music; such atmosphere will surely ensure you experience the Amazigh culture.

Day 3: MERZOUGA – ER RISSANI – ZIZ VALLEY – AZROU – IFRANE – FES

Pass By: Fes el-Bali, Fes 30110 Morocco
The Third day of 3 days tour from fes to fes via merzouga After starting the day with a fabulous golden sunrise, riding the camels to Merzouga will be our second excursion. As we reach Merzouga, we will have a resting time where you can enjoy taking a hot shower and eating breakfast before we start our journey back to Fes. Along the way, we will have many halts either to enjoy the beauty of the views or to have some privacy time. In one of the breaks we will be having tea and sharing kindness with a nomadic family before transiting through the High Atlas mountains. In Midelt, we will stop to give you a breathing space as well as serving you lunch. Then, all over the afternoon we will continue our way back to Fes and that through passing within a set of charming villages and cities such as, Azrou and Ifran.
