The gates of the Royal Palace is an impressive monument because of its size, architecture and golden doors. It is the main gate to enter in the Royal Palace but no one is allowed to enter in the Palace.

Moulay Idriss was one of the founder of the Fez medina. His mausoleum is inside the Fez medina but the travelers are not allowed to enter in the mausoleum.

Al Qarawiyyin Mosque is also the oldest university in the world still in operation today. Some of the greatest Moroccan intellectuals have studied at this university. Sadly, the travelers are not allowed to enter in the mosque and, consequently, in the university.
