Fez Cooking School Experience

10:00am start for the morning classes and 15:00pm start for the afternoon classes.

Meet the chef in the luxuriant gardens of the Palais Amani and talk through the preferences and dishes to be prepared (for the private classes only, group classes will cook a set menu).

Go out into the local souks off the beaten tourist path for just over an hour of buying ingredients, tasting some of the local delicacies.

Back to the Palais for a quick refreshment before putting on your aprons for a couple of hours cooking and learning. 

A four-hour demo that takes you out in to the medina shopping, back to the palace for a live demonstration of the food being prepared and is rounded off by a relaxing lunch or dinner to taste what has just been cooked. For the private cooking class the maximum number of participants is 6 to allow you a very personal experience in the art of Moroccan cuisine.

Individuals can join a group of up to 10 people for a 4 hour cooking class. A visit out into the Medina's local souks, back to the palace for a cooking workshop on the rooftop, rounded off by a relaxing lunch or dinner to taste what you have just cooked.

The maximum number of participants for a group cooking class is 10 to allow a discovery of the authentic way of life in the Medina and a hands on experience in the art of Moroccan cuisine.

You leave the workshop with a detailed recipe sheets and your mind full of new ideas to try out back home.
