Chianti Classic wine region Guided Bike Tour

Leaving from Florence on board a comfortable minivan, your tour guide will take you to the Chianti area (about 15 minutes car drive through the Tuscan hills). Once there, you'll find your hybrid bikes (+ helmet) waiting for you; after a quick briefing you'll then be ready to start this new exciting experience.

Following your professional local guide you will pass by vineyards and olive groves, medieval castles and hillside villas. Riding along green paths and romantic countryroads, you'll have the chance to explore the gentle hills around Florence, in the world-famous wine region of Chianti.

A full day experience that gives you the opportunity to take amazing pictures of the Tuscan landscapes, breathing the authentic Tuscan atmosphere and enjoying every single corner, hill, panoramic view.

Also, you will stop for a typical Tuscan lunch at a stunning private Chianti villa, where your guide will show you around the vineyards, the ancient “cantina” and the traditional “Orciaia” (old oil jars storage) situated just underneath the medieval villa.

A local wine tasting (and olive oil tasting) will accompany your multi-course lunch served in the wine cellar.

Towards the end of the tour you'll ride downhill to the bike depot, where you’ll leave the bikes and board the comfortable minivan to go back to Florence!
