Pasta Cooking Class in a 11th century Castle in the hills of Tuscany

Learn to cook pasta like an Italian!

Our tour takes place in the heart of Tuscany at an ancient castle dating back to the 12th century. Here you will be able to experience what it is like to be a local in Tuscany - and eat like one too!

Upon arrival to the castle by comfortable van transport from Florence, you will have the opportunity to tour the castle and the cantina to learn about their wine and olive oil production.

After that grab a glass of wine and your chef’s hat to dive into the cooking class. Because, what fun is cooking without a glass of wine in hand?!

During the lesson you will learn the art of making the famous traditional Italian pasta, “tagliatelle”. You will be able to whip up your very own plate of pasta that you can enjoy during lunch. After your hands are nice and tired, take a break to participate in a cooking demonstration and learn how to make a traditional Italian sauce, just like nonna!

Afterwards sit down to toast with your new friends and celebrate all of your hard work! Relax and enjoy your very own creations as they are served for lunch! The lunch will include the dishes you prepared ahead of time plus other traditional Italian delicacies and plenty of wine! During lunch you will taste both the olive oil and 3 different wines produced by the castle.

After lunch you will be transported back to Florence by van. Plus, you will get to go home with your new recipes to try out in your own kitchen!

Departure at 10am from Florence and return to Florence around 3pm
