Evening cooking class with Dinner

Meet our Chef directly at Cooking School for a practical and interactive group lesson, with the instructions of an experienced chef, in a fully equipped kitchen. Starting from fresh ingredients you will prepare a traditional Italian 3-course dinner, including a starter, a main course, and a traditional dessert. Menu changes every lesson depending on the season our Chef will create and share with you local recipes.
The course is followed by a dinner with the dishes you prepared in our wine cellar, with bottled water and Tuscany wine.

Sample Menu

• Spinach or Potatoes soufflé - Sample of a starter that you might prepare.
• Pasta - You might prepare firrerent kind of Pasta like: Pumpkin Risotto, Ravioli stuffed with spinach and ricotta, Fresh pasta “alla carbonara” and much more
• Delicious Dessert - You might finish with Tiramisù, Chocolate soufflé or Panna Cotta
