This tour is a great way to start off your stay. We visited 3 places, all were well-known by the locals as a great place to eat and can have really long lines, but the tour guide was able to get us in, do to a pre-arranged agreement with the owners. Our guide, was very knowledgable about the food and culture of Florence. We had a great evening.
