Authentic Florence Home-Cooking Class

The day will start with your small group visiting Florence’s authentic and captivating Oltrarno neighborhood. Together with your chef, you’ll buy the very freshest produce from the local market that you’ll cook with later. Before the class begins, you’ll grab delicious prosciutto, cheese and bread for a snack. Then you will head over to an uniquely attractive building (an old silversmith workshop completely refurbished!) on a picturesque street that dates back at least 500 years. Here, you’ll learn to make three types of real Italian homemade pasta in an attractive, spacious, fully-equipped modern kitchen that still retains its Tuscan charm.
Fine regional wine will be enjoyed throughout the class, including a chance to have a sip while relaxing on the terrace, where you can look out over the scenic balconies and rooftops. After the class you will be able to relax and enjoy the food you’ve made with your own hands, and you’ll now have the skills to cook delicious fresh pasta just like a native Italian, in your own home.
