The tour was relatively stress-free. There was sufficient time given for free time to check out the places of interest. However, other than brief remarks, there was no extensive talk about the history of each place. Furthermore, Marco did not bring any flag or overhead marker so it was difficult to follow him amidst the heavy crowds. Finally, no audio devices were provided.

This tour was advertised as moderate walking. Could not be further from the truth. In each stop it was a minimum of a 15 minute walk to just get to the attraction and back. This information was not provided by Viator. As well as no bathrooms on the bus for a 12.5 hour trip. Several of the attractions were hills and steps. Keeping up with tour guide to and from attractions near impossible. She told us she hated Pisa at the beginning of the tour and on the way to Pisa. She then told us about pickpockets in Pisa and to leave our personal items and passports on the bus because they would be safe. When we returned to bus, the bus driver was no where to be found and bus door open...so much for safety. This is just a few of the issues we had. Carmen our guide was horrible, and it was insulting to be asked to tip her and give a good review. All and all we did see some great sites no thanks to Carmen.

Pick up points of the bus are too far. Driver could have picked us up. The lunch at the vineyard was great! Rosa was very good too.

the tour covers many places and feels a little rushed! Also lot of walking involved and due to the extreme heat conditions, it is very tiring but well worth it.

This trip was well organized. Considering the 3 different locations and scheduled sights, there was enough free time to explore (at least an hour to walk around and buy souvenirs or food) at each location.

You actually spend more time on the bus than actually sight-seeing. If you want to see three towns in one very fast paced day just to say “I have been there”, this is the tour for you.

We did not enjoy the tour for the following reasons: 1) the group was so large that we waste a lot of time to regroup, to wait in line for paying toilet, 2) lunch was disorganized and we end up seating separate from each other, 3) there are 3 languages being done for the tour because of the large group and we did not get much info from the tour because information has to be given in 3 different languages. Just the English speaking group alone, there were 60 of us. And the info given by the tour is just very much about what the next stop is, not about history or interesting info about the place. A lot of time was used to sell more tours. We were very disappointed and do not recommend this tour.

This tour had a lot of problems from the start. This was listed as a small group tour— there were over 70 people on a double decker bus. The tour leader Carmen was a bit disorganized, chastising people who were a minute late to the meeting point when she herself was barely on time. The second required tour guide Claudia did not show up for the walking tour in Siena and Carmen was not knowledgeable enough to give a decent tour. There was entirely too much time spent in Pisa, almost an hour and a half! Also, the bus was full of English, Spanish and Portuguese speakers so all instructions and long winded information was given in 3 languages and made for a less than relaxing bus ride between the sites. On a positive note, we did get transport to 3 cities it would have taken a lot of planning to do on our own. As a professional in the tourism industry, I think a lot could be done to improve this tour and I would not recommend it as it is now.

This was an excellent day trip. Our guide Ana was funny and made the day special. Lunch was more than I expected for the price of the tour, very delicious! I would highly recommend this tour.

This will take a full day and is quite convenient for a Monday tour when almost all museums are closed in Florence. Quite fun and amazing!

Great tour! We had enough free time and walking time. Mixed in with bus time. Pisa was beautiful. Unfortunately for our group - it was a school holiday on that day and there were hundreds of teenagers everywhere on the field of miracles. There was no way to go up the tower but the kids were not interested in the church or the baptistery so that worked in our favor. San Gimignano visit was too short. Just long enough for a gelato. Sienna was perfect. We got to see most things and had a bit of free time as well. I'd recommend this trip to anyone.
