About this activity
Meet our guide in My Tour Office and after a few instructions you’ll start to discover the main sights of Florence crossing the narrow roads of the center surrounded by historical buildings. The first stop will be Piazza San Marco where you can admire San Marco Church, its Convent and the stunning garden; then during the way we’ll meet Piazza della Libertà with the famous “Porta San Gallo” that was the ancient gate to the historical center; we’ll continue with the visit to the historical and typical market located in Piazza delle Cure; then we’ll start to climb towards San Domenico where we will admire its famous church before reaching Fiesole. Once in there you’ll have the opportunity to take unique shots of Florence and its skyline and of its archaeological zone. Going back to the center of Florence we’ll have a quick stop to see the incredible “Cave di Maiano” before arriving in Piazza Beccaria where we could appreciate the view of the impressive “San Croce Gate”, that we’ll cross to reach the homonymous Santa Croce Square where stands the magnificent Church. Passing by the less known roads we’ll marvel at the Duomo Complex before going back to the departure place where you’ll leave your e-bike for lunch time. Together with your guide you’ll reach the Restaurant located in Piazza della Repubblica where you’ll have time for lunch until 2:00 pm where we would be waiting for you at My Tour Office for the second part of the tour. On the early afternoon jump on your e-bike and visit the other side of the city. The first famous spot will be Bargello Museum, then you’ll continue towards Arno River that will introduce you some of the most world-known sights of Florence: Piazza Signoria with Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio. Our ride will continue between historical buildings that will lead you to the Oltrarno district passing by Santo Spirito Square famous also for its nightlife as full of pubs and street food “chioschi”. You’ll be surprised by Palazzo Pitti and its magnificence. Then you’ll start the ride up to Piazzale Michelangelo where you’ll have breathtaking views of Florence and the opportunity to take unique shots of the skyline. On the way back to the center you can’t miss the opportunity to stop by MIchelangelo Buonarroti's House, after the tour will end at My Tour Office.
