The directions to the meeting site are a bit vague since the address indicated doesn't really exist. We stood around in the general area and the guide/chef eventually found us. The tour of the market was interesting but did include the "mandatory" stop for the balsamic vinegar shop to make their sales pitch. After that we used a taxi to get to the cooking school. The alternative was a 20 minute walk in the heat. We were travelling with our 12 year old grandson and the chef made sure that he was completely involved in all steps of the cooking process. The meal consisted of a tomato bruscheta, home made pasta with a fresh tomato sauce, veal meatloaf and a vanilla panna cota. All the food turned out excellent and provided for a great lunch. We had a wonderful time and would strongly recommend this tour..
