Gourmet Cooking Experience

With this cooking experience you'll recreate and learn gourmet dishes from the Florentine culinary tradition. With a professional Chef prepare unique dishes and create a 4 course meal that will include a starter, a first and a second dish and a dessert.
At the end, you will enjoy the authentic dishes you created, accompanied by a D.O.C. Tuscan wine in the Florentine style wine cellar.

• Second dish - You might prepare one of the following: Peposo all’Impruneta, Parmigiana Melanzane, Filetto in crosta di olive
