This tour was nice but I can only give it 3 stars. I would recommend less time at PIsa (honestly once you see it, get your picture done there is not much more to do), more time in Siena and San Gimignano. Honestly those two places are fantastic and having less than an hour to explore is not enough time.

Meetup location was out of the way, on the road side, no washroom before boarding the bus. tourleader Mike was not pleasant when i i asked if there was a toilet before boarding. His reply was "you have to wait 1hour when we reach Siena". That was it. Lunch was horrible. Very extremely short time in Siena and San Gimignano. Walking from parking to actual location was far. Group of 76! With 1 guide and a young assistant, chaotic! Bus was dirty also, rubbish in the bottle compartments and cookies crumbs everywhere. Will not recommend this tour at all.

I took this tour in December 2018 and was thoroughly impressed with the experience, in particular the guide was knowledgeable and informative and the Chianti Lunch experience was excellent. I recently rebooked the tour with my mother for March 2019 and it was disappointing. The guide offered very brief comments minutes before each destination. In comparison to the previous guide it was severely lacking and disappointing. In addition, the Lunch experience was a failure. The ambiance did not compare to the previous winery I went to. The table set up was poor, the staff appeared flustered and rushed, the pasta sauce did not taste good, they only provided one wine glass to taste 3 wines and if you could not finish you were not served the next wine, and there was no desert. Awful compared to the my previous experience. The tour was also rushed so there was no time to explore on your own. This was in stark contract to my previous experience. I wanted this to be as wonderful as my previous experience but I was disappointed for my mother.

If you want to walk 8 miles - very fast - and not stay more that 50 minutes in any of the locations - and have your guide lose 10 of your group for about 15 panicky minutes in Sienna, go to a winery where you are served 2 glasses of bad wine and eat worse food - this trip is for you. Worst experience of our otherwise fabulous trip to Italy. Zero fun.

This is a trip you shouldn't miss when visiting Tuscany, especially if you are short with time since it will cover the most important sites in one day.

Very well organized our tour guide Antonio was very knowledge and attentive to the needs of our group our Siena tour guide Claudia was very good as well. Lunch was great. Little time to spend in San Gimignano and great end of the day in Pisa. Definitely a tour to recommend. A little difficult to find the meeting point in Florence Bus terminal.
