I booked this for my sister and I because we are always looking for something new and different to do in Italy on vacation. Matteo and his family were absolutely wonderful hosts for the morning. The restaurant Matteo selected for our lunch was exceptional. I can't say enough about what a nice experience we had in Montelupo. The train from Florence was easy!! If you are looking for a morning excursion, please contact Matteo through Viator. He even meets you at the train! His family's shop is short walk from the train station. You have to be a little independent in getting yourself to Montelupo, but once you are there Matteo takes care of everything!!
