Visit an organic farm in Montepulciano, just a stone’s throw from Florence. After visiting the farm, you will start the cooking class during which you will use locally made, 0-carbon-footprint products. The chef will teach you how to prepare traditional Tuscan dishes with a modern flair. Finally you will have lunch with the amazing dishes you made. The lunch will be accompanied by a local Brunello wine, which is the best Tuscan wine and cheese, olive E.V.O produced from the farm.

As you travel by minivan along Tuscan trails, you will be able to admire the beautiful countryside.
