About this activity
The Pasta Making lesson is an "open class" where everybody can participate. It is held with a minimum of two participants and a max of 10. In this class you will put your hands into different flours to make three different doughs and relative sauces:

Fresh pasta ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta, with butter and sage sauce
- Fresh pasta tagliatelle with seasonal vegetables
- Gnocchi with pesto
- You will receive the printed recipes and a disposal apron.

You will cook under the direction of the chef, then you will taste your dishes at table with water and wine included.
