About this activity

Our mission is to teach how to make fresh pasta and gluten-free bread.

It will be surprising to prepare the Italian culinary orgy, gluten-free, but so tasty that you will think of eating traditional pasta.

The specialized chef with authorization of the Italian Health Authority, in the gluten free productions, will follow you step by step in the preparation of your ravioli, tagliatelle, lasagne, bread for your bruschetta and wonderful tiramisu to finish.

You can plan your menu in advance by writing to the chef so as to choose what you want.

All the ingredients selected organic and with gluten-free certifications.

The fully equipped kitchen with dedicated tools to facilitate all preparations.

Of course you will also prepare sauces for your pasta or lasagna, with local and seasonal ingredients.

If you do not have room to finish all the food prepared, no problems ... you can bring with you the leftovers that we will take care to close in special containers for food.

Consume sat and served, your lunch or your dinner in the beautiful, relaxing and cozy dining room overlooking the Boboli Gardens.

Excellent wine and delicious apertivo will be served for the duration of the course and dinner.

You will get your recipes to prepare your wonderful gluten-free fresh pasta at home.

Vegetarians are welcome in the class.
