We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of sienna and San Gimignano. Our guide Eli and bus driver Angelo were awesome. Eli was very knowledgeable and informative. Both places were very busy so if you’re looking for solitude this is probably not the trip for you. But the history behind these cities is very interesting. We also had the opportunity to spend a little time at a winery for a wine tasting in between the two cities which was also very relaxed and enjoyable

We had a fantastic well organized experience. Our tour guide Eleonora was extremely knowledgeable and provided us all great direction and sights not to miss. The lunch was at a very scenic winery - the wine was fantastic and so was the lunch. I would highly recommend this tour.

Loved the Siena history the Elenora gave, the trip into the town square where the horse race was help was very interesting. San Gigignamo was a very busy town, but good shops to browse your way thru. Lunch at the winery was very nice, great food, very good wine, and the company we had on the tour was really good. Elenora was an excellent guide.

Eleanora our guide filled our day with facts about the wine country. We started out touring Florence by bus and that was great to learn the history of the city. Then on to the wine country. She made it very interesting and fun. Our driver Angelo got us all around in a timely fashion. If you come to Florence I highly recommend this tour.

Simply get a taxi to the meeting place, which is the bus station, for a stress-free pickup. The other tours look mad busy and I’m glad not on one of those for 9 hours! Our guide Ellie has just the right balance of chat, facts and background info without too much historical dates. Oh that’s really interesting! Sienna is visually stimulating but you need Ellie’s insight for context and I’ll never forget this red letter experience. Lunch at the vineyard was combined with a talk-through Chianti wine tasting which is good fun but don’t expect to see rows of vines here. They are only seen from the bus window. Overall this was a great all day experience and very good value.

If you are in Florence Italy and want a fantastic day tour to Tuscany, this is the one! Alessandro was our tour guide. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and a true gentleman! Escorted around Tuscany in a small personal style tour was truly amazing. The vineyard experience was exceptional and the visits to the small towns of Tuscany was the highlight of our vacation!! Thank you for an amazing day and thank you to Alessandro for personalizing this tour for us! A M A Z I N G!!

I cannot rate this tour as unfortunately I missed it!! The tour departs from a very difficult to find piazzale in Florence where it seems every other tour group in Florence departs from to Sienna and other parts of Tuscany. Hordes of people milling around. My advise is to get a taxi to Montelungo piazzale and never try to walk there. The next time I will make sure that I arrive well on time (and in a taxi). I am sure it would have been marvelous though. Pity that the touring company never phoned me back to advise if I can go on the next tour.

We loved this tour. Our guide Freddy was great - funny and knowledgeable. Siena is a sparkly jewel. I would love to spend more time there. You should pay the extra for the cathedral tour - it is worth it to see the incredible art and architecture. Lunch at the vineyard/winery was amazing. This place looked like a movie set. So gorgeous. The food was delicious, the wine was delicious and the scenery was spectacular. Free time in San Gimignano was lovely - so many fantastic view points. We climbed pretty high and got some amazing photos. Sad when this day was over. Loved every beautiful second.

Our guide was wonderful. Our tour went from small group to private since there were 5 of us. Made an additional stop at another small village for exploring and coffee...then on to Sienna. Alex was very knowledgeable of the area, gave a great tour. We were lucky to arrive before the crowds. Winery chosen for lunch was beautiful. Great tour. Highly recommend!

It was such a great tour seeing those two beautiful cities and then the lunch and wine tasting on the most amazing vineyard. What made it so great was our tour guide Greta Ricci and our bus driver Stefano. Greta’s knowledge of the history of this country was so impressive and we learned so much from her. She was so informative and very kind! Stefano was so much fun! It was a great experience!

We had a great time! Loved our guide. Had a great lunch. Just enough time to visit the towns and experience the history of the areas and see the sights. The perfect day trip into Tuscany from Florence.

I booked a small group tour and thought my husband and I would spend the day with about a dozen other people. To our surprise only one other had person joined us. Our guide met us with a luxury car instead of a mini van. Alessandro Martini was professional, asked about our interests, and did the most to ensure we learned about Tuscany. Both Siena and San Gimingnano were lovely and we had enough time in each. The wine tasting was good too, even if the lunch was a little light. I recommend this tour, especially because of our guide.

We are a family of 4, kids age 16 and 19. We had a wonderful trip out to Tuscan and a superb guide , Alice. Would recommend this tour, it is the right amount of guided and free time. Both Siena and San Gimignano were with seeing and length of tour is reasonable. Overall excellent experience

We loved our tour guide, Alice! She did a great job leading this tour. It was a very comfortable small bus with only our family of 5 and 3 other travellers. Alice led us on a very interesting walking tour of Siena and we also had a little free time to explore Siena before making our way to San GImignano. We then stopped at a beautiful vineyard just outside of San Gimignano. What a delicious tasting and lunch we had there! We ordered some wine to be shipped directly to our home. Then we traveled a very short distance to the ancient town of San Gimignano which had towers and winding streets with little shops along the way. We enjoyed some delicious Gelato here. We had free time to explore the beautiful town before heading back to Florence.
