Picking up the Skip the LIne tickets was a breeze. They were on time (we were a few minutes late) and at the location specified across the street from the Galleria entrance. They helped us get in the right admission line and offered a narrated tour, which we declined. Seeing the original David statue is truly breathtaking!!!! Definitely one of my favorite experiences in Italy! I highly recommend this!
Tour operator very efficient , they came and found us straightaway at the meeting point. We were a little worried when we saw what looked like a private residence, but, no need to be. Gave us our tickets and took us to the front of the line, avoiding a 2 hour wait! To be honest I would have felt aggrieved waiting that long in the heat, effectively just to see Michelangelo's David! An iconic piece but not a lot else to see!
