Our tour guide, Matt, was extremely knowledgeable about Firenze’s history, buildings and art, both sculpture and painting. He was very pleasant and led at a good pace keeping the group together well - not easy in a crowded city. An extremely worthwhile tour.
Attractions to see are beyond words. Amazed at the the ability of those patrons who made these come true and the versitality of the artists. Michelangelo's David is beyond words. The guide was excellent in her comprehension of those times. Amazing experience.
Two highlights on are bucket list was to see David and visit the Uffizi Gallery. This tour allowed us to do that and to have a very knowledgeable guide. I felt that I was getting a great art history lesson and a personal guide to get between the two Galleries. He also pointed out sights that we later explored on our own. Definitely worth the trip.
Five stars*****. Brenda was a superb guide who knows how to share the sights of Florence with her "clients." Her passion for her "little city" and her knowledge of art history made the experience both enjoyable and instuctive, Overall, was well organized. Would definitely do it again.
Easy to locate the tour group. Less than 25 people in group. Headsets very helpful. Guide exceptionally knowledgeable and educated in art and history. Well organized with lunch break just at right time.
Matt was our guide and he was very knowledgable and very into the art. He could tell us the story behind those masterpieces. I did enjoy the tour and will recommend to join if you have not enough time to explore Florence by yourself.
Our guide Giada was wonderful. Very knowledgeable with a cheerful, helpful disposition. We learned a lot and would definitely recommend this tour.
Our guide, Angelo, was fantastic. He was passionate, funny, and knowledgeable. I learned so much I would never have known doing this on my own. After doing this tour, I would always recommend having a guide. We were able to get right in both museums almost immediately and there was a several hour wait for those without a guide. Angelo also had lots of advice about general touring in Florence and was full of humor and wisdom. We joked that we'd like to hire him to be our life coach.
We could learn about Firenze history and art in a short, but concentrated way. Definitely recommend it
Our guide was absolutely stellar! His non-stop information was presented in a very pleasant manner. He not only answered all questions but embellished them. Give him a big raise!
Our schedule had to be adjusted but it made no difference, as our guide Cristiano provided us with an unbelievably educational and enjoyable start to our stay in Florence and Tuscany. His perspective on history and art really laid the groundwork for us to understand the relevance and connection of the various towns, churches, and museums we visited.
Our guide Angelo was phenomenal. So passionate and knowledgeable. I would only mention the trip description should clearly indicate that you do not go in The Duomo
Angelo was our guide. He was the very best making a 6 hour tour a delightful experience. He was a walking enciclopedia. The very best we ware seen!!
This was just perfect for the short amount of time I was there
This was a fantastic tour. Had we been able to actually get into the Duomo during Holy Week, it would have been even better. Our guide spoke excellent English and absolutely was enthusiastic about everything Florence - art, culture, food, history, religion, architecture, and knew a lot of little details that can't really be taught in an academic setting. Worth every penny.
I'm so glad I got to see all the sights, but it is a lot! If you love art, you'll appreciate it more than I did. Very good tour, but by the end, it is a bit tiring.
