Truffle experiences

- Truffle street (duration: 1 hour and a half)
Take part in the "Truffle street", a multisensory and three-dimensional experience; access the universe of truffles, created and set up within the company, to offer a journey that starts from the territory and the ecosystem. The tour ends with a tasting of local products. In this way you will learn everything about the truffle: the territory, the ecosystem, the plants, the work of the truffle hunter and of the dog until you deepen birth, development, different species, other curiosities and anecdotes; after the purely cognitive moment follows the organoleptic part, when visitors will be served a light lunch based on truffles.
Program: "Truffle street" + light lunch with truffles.
- Truffle journey (duration: 2.5 hours)
Access the truffle grounds and take part in the search under the guidance of an expert truffle hunter and a specially trained dog. In this way, you will not only experience the sensations of hunting, but you will also discover all the curiosities of the truffle trade, surrounded by the magical Tuscan countryside. There will also be a guide that will tell you about the various aspects of the wonderful world of truffles, including history, environment and biological cycle. Finally, discover the tasting room and enjoy a light lunch completely based on truffles.

- All about truffle (duration: 3 hours and a half)
This experience has been designed for those who wish to live the longest and most complete journey of the three conceived, and which includes the two previous experiences "Truffle street" and "Truffle journey", ending with the tasting of a complete menu based on truffles. In this way, its great gastronomic versatility will also be enhanced, through various recipes, from appetizers to desserts.
