Create a unique 4 course meal, beginning with an antipasto, first course (described above), main, which is based on the season however can be beef, chicken, guinea fowl, pork, salted cod or game for example along with a vegetable side dish, finishing with a typical Italian dessert. The meal is served with Tuscan wines.
The chef will answer any questions you have and instruct you all through the lesson, share not only professional tips but also history & culture of the food & people of Tuscany.
We can also provide a private transfer from your hotel or villa with a specialised official driver. The class can be am finishing with lunch or pm finishing with dinner.
Itinerary: please note, the times can be altered on request to fit your schedule, we suggest 10am start or 5pm start
9:30am - Transfer from Florence hotel/ villa if required and begin your short 20 minute drive to the Villa Pandolfini, where you will meet your personal chef and begin your exclusive culinary class.
10:00am – Begins with highlighting the history of Tuscan cooking and presenting the day’s menu over a freshly brewed coffee. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves for hands-on preparation of a glorious meal in the 14th century Villas Tuscan kitchen.
1:30 pm - Enjoy the fruits of your labor. Indulge on the epic feast you’ve created complemented by the estate’s own Chianti wine and extra virgin olive oil.
2:30pm - Return to Florence or your next destination with a new knowledge of Tuscan cuisine and culture and memories to share with your family and friends
