The GRAND TOUR including snow landing (allow 40 minutes)

Operates from Franz Josef (Alpine Adventure Centre, 29 Main Road, Franz Josef) OR Fox Glacier (Fox Guides Building, 44 Main Road, Fox Glacier). Report time is 30 minutes prior to departure - bring sunglasses, covered in shoes and your camera. Sometimes cooler conditions will prevail and our helpful sales staff will inform you of the temperature to dress for. Departures only in suitable weather conditions and at the pilots discretion. Snow landings subject to suitable weather conditions and at Pilots discretion.

From our 4 passenger or 6 passenger helicopters you will view these mighty glaciers of the Franz Josef, Fox and Tasman. View New Zealand's highest peaks of Mount Cook and Mount Tasman. We are the only 100% locally owned and operated helicopter company with a Department of Conservation concessions to land directly above the Fox or Franz Josef glaciers for the most prestine views of the Southern Alps. Carparking, rest room facilities are available at all our locations right in the central CBD of Franz Josef or Fox Glacier. Be sure to confirm your preferred departure point (Fox or Franz Josef) as they do not join together - each base operates in a separate schedule. Children 4yrs and over pay just 70% and infants 3yrs and under AND less than 15kg fly free sitting on an Adult lap. Infants and Children must be accompanied with at least one Adult.
